Further Information

• The registration link adds a booking fee to cover the credit card and stripe processing charges.

• Each accepted paper requires at least one author to register and present it at the conference. Papers that are not presented will be excluded from the proceedings.

• If you need a visa to travel to the UK, please email the technical PC chairs after you complete the registration and attach a photo of the first page of your passport. We will issue an invitation letter for you.

• In case an author is unable to attend the conference due to visa or similar issues, we will arrange an online presentation. Please get in touch with the technical PC chairs in advance to plan for this.

Manual Registration by Bank Transfer

If you are unable to register using the link above or prefer to pay by bank transfer, e.g. to avoid the booking fee, you may transfer the amount to one of the following bank accounts. Please include your full name in the transfer note. When the amount is transferred, please send the receipt and your personal details to the PC chairs by email.

Important: Please ensure that all transaction fees are covered by your side and that the exact amounts mentioned below, in the correct currency, are received in the accounts. Otherwise, your transaction will be reversed, possibly incurring delays and charges by your bank.
